Dr. Albert Canas is a South Florida native.  Born at Mt. Sinai Hospital on Miami Beach, he is fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine and went on to complete his internship and residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Tammy Sharpe joined Albert Canas, M.D. & Associates in 2012 (Now AC Aesthetics by Albert Canas MD) as Medical Aesthetician.  She is licensed as a Certified Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician and has been serving clients in the health care industry since 1999.  She is a graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health and is an active member of the Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal.
